Richard Gadd is the creator and star of the British drama-thriller miniseries Baby Reindeer. Based on Gadd’s true story of being pursued and sexually attacked in his 20s, the Baby Reindeer series is an adaptation of his autobiographical one-man act of the same name.
On April 11, 2024, all seven of the series’ episodes simultaneously debuted on Netflix. During his shift, if a particularly vulnerable customer walks in, he makes a kind gesture to lift her spirits. Martha, the woman, develops an obsession with Donny and starts emailing him nonstop.

With views of Edinburgh Castle overlooking it and old buildings all around, it makes for a charming movie setting. The vibrant market, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, originated as a commercial center in the Middle Ages and gained the nickname “Little Italy” after a wave of Italian immigrants arrived in the 1880s.

LONDON, ENGLAND
The capital city was also a unique location for the Baby Reindeer series. The neighborhood streets and the local city provided a great atmosphere for the production of the series.
The group used Venn Street for filming scenes. The short lane, which reflects the distinct gritty nature of London, is lined with eateries housed in austere brick buildings and opens into a densely populated residential area.
London Borough of Lambeth which was lensed in a few scenes was captivated as the area is filled with a variety of Victorian and Georgian architecture. The city is a home to many beautiful landmarks such as the The Hammersmith Bridge, a suspension bridge across the River Thames in the western region of London, served as the backdrop for the bridgeton and romantic scenes that made hearts melt.
The London Borough of Islington was a fantastic requirement for the filming sites. Another significant setting for the exotic scenes was La Maison Highbury, located in London at 19 Calabria Road.
Another location is Clapham Town, home to a thriving cultural hub featuring a wide range of live music venues, theaters, and art galleries.
A classic Victorian theater, the Clapham Grand presents comedy shows, club nights, and concerts; an innovative performance space, the Omnibus Theatre, presents community events and shows.
