“Love Lies Bleeding,” written by Rose Glass in her second feature film, chronicles the tempestuous affair between Jackie, a gym manager who becomes intertwined with Lou’s criminal family, and Lou, an introverted gym manager.
A driven bodybuilder named Jackie is traveling through the parched town en route to a competition in Las Vegas. Jackie strikes up a conversation with Lou, the manager of a nearby gym, and the two quickly become enamored with one another as well. Lou’s crime family—especially her violent brother-in-law—complicates their romance.
Love Lies Bleeding will be released theatrically in the United States by 24 on March 8, 2024, and in the United Kingdom by Lionsgate UK on May 3, 2024.
The romantic thriller starring the Twilight star Kristen Stewart and Katy’O Brian features steamy and romantic relationships with violent chugs of action scenes, the series focuses on a lot of gritty locations ranging from charming alleys and glistening nightscapes to desert vistas and historic buildings.

The bodybuilding competition seen in the movie was actually filmed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel at 1901 University Boulevard North East. The luxurious banquet hall shown in the movie was none other than Crowne Plaza hotel, which portrayed its vintage chandeliers giving a tint of retro look with modernized tints of cinematography.
The city sets as a major background for the movie due to its distinctive fusion of contemporary and historic urban design creating a meticulous profile setting.

The Love Lies Bleeding film crew ventured into Sandoval County in order to shoot a significant portion of the film in Rio Rancho.
Love Lies Bleeding film’s plot lies around the isolated small-town setting, which was produced utilizing Rio Rancho. The vast stretches of parched countryside and craggy mountains that surround Rio Rancho are heavily featured in the thriller’s cinematic landscape shots, contributing to the area’s impression of loneliness and isolation.
The Del Norte Gun Club situated on 208 Torcido Road North West, is yet another prominent location for the shooting scene which started when Jackie met up with her family. The club has a gazetted trail of rolling desert trains with highly modified equipment for archery, shooting etc. The densely packed club is a best tourist spot.
