Players is a 2024 American romantic comedy film directed by Trish Sie and written by Whit Anderson. It stars Gina Rodriguez, Damon Wayans Jr., Joel Courtney, Augustus Prew, relLiza Koshy, Ego Nwodim, Marin Hinkle, and Tom Ellis. The Film was released on 14th February 2024 on Netflix.
The Players film shows Mack, a sportswriter journalist who has been born and brought up in the charming New York city. She is a free spirited girl who along with her friends maintains a score of the highest one night stands.
They all follow a strict rule that no girl should engage with the men who they have been intimate with, in any kind of love relationships. They will have their one-night stand and will move on from it.
The story takes an unexpected twist when Mack finds herself entangled with New York’s most eligible bachelor and a perfectionist reporter, Nick.
A relationship which started with the fate of a long lasting play which once was settled as a bet between friends binds Mack into the unbreakable bond of love.
Her friends get quite suspicious when they find Mack doing the unexpected, as she had already fallen in love with Nick. The story gets quotes when Mack wants that one night stand to be a long lasting relationship.
