“THE MIRACLE CUB” is an interesting story and a 2023 comedy-drama, directed under the creative administration of Thaddeus O’Sullivan. The The Miracle Club movie follows a group of Ballygar women who are on their path on making a pilgrimage to a French town named, Lourdes.
The ladies are all from healthy households and with the help of their neighborhood priests Lily Fox and Eileen Dunne win tickets to visit Lourdes, marking an onset to their long-held dream. They are accompanied by a young lady named Dolly Hennessy and her son, alongside with an unexpected guest, Chrissie Ahearn, who had a traumatic incident with the group of ladies.
Soon they reach the picturesque and their dream place, Lourdes, the city with a promising and serene atmosphere and grand sights of Churches and Cathedrals, marking a heaven for all the religious individuals. The plot is set in the vintage atmosphere of 1960s Ireland which sets an promising atmosphere.
The women’s hopeful journey toward healing is facilitated by the religious setting as they confront unpleasant experiences shared by one another and let go of their grudges.The The Miracle Club film’s narrative is surrounded by its nostalgic Irish and French settings, presented through enchanting lensography.
Dublin and Wicklow, Ireland, and Lourdes, France are some major locations used for the production series of the The Miracle Club movie. However, due to severe restrictions on filming within the holy places of Lourdes, their hallowed surroundings were imitated at an Irish film studio located in the town of Bray. Principal photography for the movie took place in May and June of 2022.

One of the locations where the house in which Chrissie resides is a real life house situated in the alley opposite to the Blackrock Clinic on 27 Rock Road. The city is rich in cultural landmarks and vibrant Flora and Fauna, making it a beautiful tourist destination as well as a major backdrop for the Filming location. The iconic landmark of Great South Wall can also be seen in a few scenes.
WICKLOW, IRELAND
Wicklow, a little town situated on Ireland’s rocky east coast and south of Dublin, provided the ideal setting for the production team to capture breath-taking scenes of the characters’ journey. The town, also referred to as the “Garden of Ireland,” entices visitors with a breathtaking scenery of beaches, woodlands, and rolling hills scattered along its craggy coastline.
BRAY, IRELAND
The The Miracle Club film crew traveled to the Ardmore Film Factory in Bray, a tiny town south of Dublin, to reproduce some of the interiors of Lourdes’ architecture and pilgrimage sites. The Ardmore Film Factory was used to create the artificial backdrop for the cathedrals and churches as shooting is not permissible in the original locations.

The studios are located in the Industrial Development Agency Business Park, Southern Cross Road, Irishtown.and were used to build the massive replicas almost stretched to a 5.5 acres of land.
LOURDES, FRANCE
One of the major and necessary locations used in the completion of the series is Lourdes city, a small French town nestled in the foothills of the Pyrenees Mountains and steeped in religious history. The scenic beauty of the town is famous for its serene atmosphere as well as spiritual legends and stories common within the locale of the native place, making it a center of attraction among the catholic and christian community.

As the players travel through the town on their trip, they may view a recreation of the Grotte de Massabielle, the limestone caves that are the source of Lourdes’ adoration.Since the holy sites do not allow shooting on their premises, the cast did not travel to Lourdes, and only exterior shots of the locations can be seen in the The Miracle Club film.
