Principal location for Brigands: The Quest for Gold series was the southern province of the city. Principal photography for the show began in early 2022 and was wrapped up for the first season by August of the same year.
LECCE, ITALY
Lecce is regarded as the Florence of the South because of its rich cultural legacy, limestone structures, and Baroque architecture. The city’s Roman-era structures make for an aesthetically spectacular backdrop for the series with its evocative settings.

Another major location for the Brigands: The Quest for Gold series was the plateau region of Italy also known as Altamura which was cultivated as a unique location for the filming process of the movie. In addition, the region is well-known for its prehistoric cave homes and archaeological sites.

Brindisi, a seaside city in the province of the same name, serves as a major filming location for “Brigands: The Quest for Gold.” Being the entry point between Italy and the eastern Mediterranean, Brindisi has long been a significant port city.
